Possessing 20 + years’ experience in company secretarial practice and experienced in practical application of corporate laws in Sri Lanka.
Lakshitha Peris , holder of a degree in Bachelor of Commerce in accountancy and financial management from University of Deikin Australia, currently serving as a director client service. He is bearing substantial knowledge in the corporate law in Sri Lanka.
Nelusha is an Attorney at Law , practicing as a Lawyer and a holder of Degree in Law – University of Colombo faculty of Law. She is attached to MKN as an Associate Director and expert panel member since 2015.
Partly qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Possessing 25 + Years Experience in company secretarial services.
